Our vegan meal prep delivery services aim to standardize the way plant-based food is made. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Bearded Kitchen provides a new way of approaching food, improving your health and lifestyle.
How it works: when you place an order, choose your option for each type of meal.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in both the 3-day and 5-day menus. Our 5-day menu includes sides.

- QUINOA BOWL
Get a midday pick-me-up with powerhouse quinoa, black beans, iceberg lettuce, corn, avocado, and salsa. We're big fans of eating it with tortilla chips.
- SWEET PAPAS QUESADILLA
Sweet 'taters, white rice, refried beans, black beans, and onions sandwiched between two skillet-crisped tortillas.
- Hummus salad sandwich
A creamy, protein-packed chickpea filling on top of crispy lettuce, between toasted wheat bread. No tuna, no problem.
DINNER MEALS + SIDES
- Enchiladas
A stuffed enchilada topped with homemade red sauce and our vegan queso. Don't forget the guac.
- FRIED RICE
Meet our fried rice. Made with Just Egg , our special sauce, and fried vegetables. Savory. Tangy. Salty. Filling. Damn good.
- Street tacos
Tacos with all the fixins', including drizzled queso, sliced tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, and our signature spices.

A staple we couldn't leave out. Pair with our enchiladas, street tacos, quesadillas, or breakfast burrito. Or eat them on their own. We won't judge you.
- MAC N' CHEESE
Creamy, dreamy, mac n' cheesy. Our special cheese sauce is made from plant-based ingredients like cashews, almond milk, and nutritional yeast.
- CAESAR SALAD
Our take on a vegan caesar salad, with a creamy savory dressing and crunchy quinoa "crouton".
